How we handle your information

This policy covers this website only. It does not cover the medical records or care documentation we keep as a home care provider, which are handled under the separate privacy practices we give you when your care begins.

What we collect

We collect information only when you choose to send it to us. If you fill out the contact form, we receive the name, phone number, email address, town, reason for reaching out, and message that you enter. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, claim numbers, medical records, or any other sensitive information through this website, and you should not send them through the form.

This site does not use advertising trackers and does not sell or rent your information to anyone, ever.

How we use it

We use what you send to respond to you: to answer your question, talk through care, or help you figure out where your work history fits under RECA and EEOICPA. We keep the message so we can follow up and so we remember your situation when you call back.

Services this website relies on

Running a website means a few outside companies necessarily touch it. These are all of them:

• Netlify hosts this site and processes the requests your browser makes to it.
• SMTP2GO delivers contact form submissions to our email inbox.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions come from a person rather than an automated script. It runs invisibly and does not ask you to identify traffic lights or solve a puzzle. Your use of it is subject to theCloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendumand the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
• Google Maps provides the embedded map on our contact page. Loading that page loads the map from Google, which is subject to Google's own privacy policy.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your own browser and never leaves your device. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived value needed to tell people apart from bots.

Children

This website is intended for adults arranging care. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your choices
